In this pivotal position, you’ll harness your expertise to expand our footprint through strategic retail, eTail, and distributor partnerships. Your leadership will not only boost our sales but also ensure pets everywhere have access to our nutritious products. If you’re passionate about making a tangible impact in the pet food industry and possess a knack for sales strategy and channel development, we’re looking for you.

 

Key Responsibility

What you'll do:

  • Strategically expand Bare Pets’ presence in Asia through retail, eTail, and distributor channels.
  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Forge and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve excellence and drive growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Competencies (Experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in the pet food or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with the Asian market and consumer behaviour.

  • Based in the Asia or willing to relocate.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales and channel management.
  • Fluent in both English and Filipino for effective communication across channels.

  • 40% on developing and managing sales channels.
  • 30% on strategy planning and market analysis.
  • 20% on team leadership and development.
  • 10% on partner and stakeholder engagement.
