Inside the portal, you will be able to manage your account details, orders, loyalty pack points, subscriptions, addresses, and payment methods and apply or link your Bare affiliate account
In this guide, we will walk you through how you can utilize your portal:
Go to’ Account Details‘ to edit and/or update your display name, password, and email address.
Pack Points
You also earn loyalty points called Bare Pack Points for every purchase and certain actions on your account. These points can be redeemed as rewards that you can use as discounts for future purchases.
Affiliate
Earn as high as 15% per sale as an extra income when you become an official Bare Affiliate. Share your unique link to promote our products on your blogs, social media, and digital platforms. Learn more about how you and your dog can earn here
Orders
You can track the status of your current and/or past orders with Bare from your ‘Orders’ tab. Tap ‘view’ under the ‘Action’ column to review each order’s details.
Subscriptions
The ‘Subscriptions’ tab allows you to modify your subscription options, change your address and payment method, and cancel or renew your subscription.
It will also show your subscription status, whether ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’, the start date of your subscription, your last order date, and the next payment date and chosen mode of payment.
Addresses
Save or update your default delivery address from your portal’s ‘Addresses‘ tab.
Payment Methods
This tab allows you to add and edit your chosen payment method and choose your default mode of payment.
